It's just 20 minutes from Liberia International Airport, and only a few minutes from Playa Hermosa. And the large community pool, just steps from the doorstep in another direction, is even larger and more beautiful.
Hi Sharon, If you and family really like this property maybe you could work out a deal and all the family members buy it equally as a family retreat. Then rent it out when you aren't using it. Since it is out of our country ( consult an accountant with international experience or at least willing to research the applicable tax rules) you may not have insurmountable tax issues. Very nice property. You obviously love the destination,right?
William - ah, yes, I do. Don't think a family retreat is likely (at least not with any of them sharing the cost - they'd share the retreat) but I've been exploring the joint ownership with some friends. Most property in Costa Rica is owned through a corporation so joint ownership is very easy.
