I liked the kitchen in the $2,000,000 house. I looked for freshly baked cookies, but there weren't any.
So I decided I'd just wait out by the pool until Sharon was finished showing the house.
I went out to look at the waterfront, though. The owner of the house owns some water lots across the brick street, and there's actually a roof over the boat to protect it from the sun.
I thought we could go back and relax by the pool, but no, Sharon had an Open House scheduled for the afternoon. This house isn't on the water but has a pool. It's only $600,000.
I like the Great Room in this house - it's big, and high, and colorful. Maybe I'll curl up and sleep for the rest of the afternoon.
Or maybe I'll play with the toys. I like houses with lots of toys.
OK, it's back home to the Simms. Sharon says that tomorrow I go to Kansas City, where I'm going to stay with Fran White. It's 77 degrees here in St Petersburg and the computer says it's 79 degrees in Kansas City. Guess I don't need new clothes.
Sara, I know you weren't here with me, but I like it here. Let's move from Laguna Beach to St. Petersburg. Sharon says she can find us a great house!

Nick - if I was talking to it while showing clients, yes I'd feel funny. I always get to a property early to set it up, turn the lights on, etc. while gives me time alone with Flat J. and then I'm there after the clients leave as well, to reverse the process. Obviously in this case I met them at the house, I didn't come and go with them in the same car.
Ines - I was ready to send Flat Jonathan on to Kansas City, but decided taking him to Albuquerque would be too much fun. I don't think I'll play games or take photos while taking him through security, though.
