What a difference it makes to install pavers over the concrete pool deck and to install coping around the pool. The fiberglass pool and "coping" detracted from the value of this renovated waterfront pool home in St Petersburg Florida. Once the owner installed a new paver deck and coping, the exterior of the home matches the interior. The next step is to landscape around the pool and down to the dock. Add some LCD lights on the steps leading down to the dock and it's -- ohh la la!

Hi Sharon, This is a smart makeover and it certainly even looks like the interior of the pool was resurfaced or was it just chemically balanced. Looks like a nice improvement that will certainly add ( value ) intrinsic at least , if not actual.
Tom, Gary and William - just wait until the landscaping is finished to see an even greater transformation. The owners did such a fantastic job of renovating the interior of the home it was a shame to have the old pool detract from it. The interior of the pool wasn't resurfaced as it didn't need it.
