Last night agents from RE/MAX Metro held a client appreciation evening. It was held at the studio of artist Patton Hunter.
In addition to lots of conversation and new people finding things in common,
clients were treated with a private showing of Patton Hunter's painting, and a look at her studio;
and
they were able to see one of the condominium units at McNulty Lofts in downtown St Petersburg - seeing the paintings, the sunset, and really feeling what it would be like to come home to McNulty Lofts every night.
I'd guess there were a couple of hundred people greeting and chatting over wine and cheese - even Patton's cat meandered among the guests.
There were paintings on the walls in every room - and it was delight to see the wide range of style that Patton has painted - there was truly something for everyone! We did see paintings being taken off the walls and purchased.
Most of the attendees thought this was a unique event and expressed pleasure.
They were able to meet Patton Hunter, talk with her and ask questions. What a bonus!

Sounds like a cool event, Sharon, What aneat idea to show appreciation for clients. And I am all for doing so in an art venue.
Jeff
Sharon, it sounds like a good time was had by all! Oops! Used the passive voice there!
Out of the box thinking for a customer appreciation night. Sounds like a lot of fun, with so many people how could it not be!
Our gym has had member appreciation week all week. I actually did feel very appreciated! I do think we should all have a client apprceciation night, though I expected to have only Kim and my past clients so it was more intimate. There would still be plenty with just ours!
Hi Sharon,
Looks like you had a great event, congrats!
Hi Sharon - Alcohol, Cheese, and socializing...doesn't sound like a bad night at all to me. Customer appreciation night sounds like a great idea!
Jeff - it turned out to be a great combination of appreciation, art, and lofts.
Patricia - a good time for you is never passive!
Debbie - oh, I can think of events with a lot of people that weren't very fun ...
ARDELL - we have the intimate ones, too, but sometimes it's nice to mix them up. This spread out the cost and the work, too.
Lynda - yes, it turned out even better than we expected.
Bill - add to alcohol, cheese and socializing, art and checking out a new condo style (lofts).
