Active Rain's recent Dings contest brought out some great buildings from the entrants, AND it was a lot of fun.
So - I thought this would be a great group to have. While this may have some overlap with the Photography group, I think there's enough distinction to follow through with a serarate group - we'll see.
In addition to any new posts that you may want to add to this group, you may want to go back to some of your previous posts with neat buildings and add this group to the groups where it's posted. You'll need to join this group first in order to have this group added to your posting options at the bottom of each blog that you post.
Your contributions are invited and welcomed.

Hey Sharon,
Great idea! I think old and unique buildings are great! It shows us where we have been and the direction that we are heading :)
Have a great day!
Scott
Sharon - would architectural style posts be appropriate for this group? I added a post about Art Deco, but I can delete it if it does not fit within your original concept of the group. Thanks for the invite....GREAT IDEA!
Ines
Scott - I think this group will have lots of old and uniqur buildings to show you. Add some from your area!
Joan - I'm glad you have your weekend cut out for you. Looking forward to seeing some New England buildings - I've missed them since moving from Newport RI to Florida in '72 (but haven't missed them enough to want to leave this wonderful weather and move back)
Melissa - your clock tower does a good job of combining architecture and spring colors.
Ines - architectural style posts are certainly appropriate for this group. That one of the reasons I included Architecture in the title as well as Buildings. They all relate. By all means, I want to keep your Art Deco post in the group - I'm waiting for more styles which you promised back in the fall.
Cool idea, Sharon. I'm in. Thanks for doing this. I love taking pics of buildings (not just houses).
Jeff
Thanks for the invite. This should be fun. I'm thinking of buildings around here.
Margaret, Karen, Judi and Carole - thanks for your enthusiasm and contributions. It really should be fun.
Carole - your feng shui background could add some interesting comments on adapting old buildings to new occupants.
