Today was the "Grand Opening" of The Frame Shop on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg, Florida, in the Grand Central Business District.
Our clients, the Rohrs, opened this business after buying a bungalow in nearby Kenwood - an older neighborhood just featured in a national bungalow publicatrion.
Just a few blocks from home they opened The Frame Shop. Jeremiah can do wonders in two or three dimensional framing.
The Grand Central Business District is an interesting, low-key, neighborhood business area, adjavent to Kenwood. As a matter of fact, in the same block is the Charles Edwards Salon, where Nick, my hairdresser, operates his business.

Its great to support your local businesses. Thanks for sharing. Good luck with the Frame Shop!
Hi Sharon, thanks for the info on Short Sales, we are starting to see them here in Gulf Shores, AL.
I used to live in Costa Rica so I was interested in your posts about that too.
BUT..the reason I am commenting is to let you know that I have designed and am having new Cuban Tile made in color schemes that folks in the USA really like and are using to restore old homes and new construction. I coulding find what I wanted for a showhouse here on the Gulf Coast, so I spent several months researching and eventually paying to have custom moulds made that have sea shells and coastal themes in the mosaic designs.
I wanted you to know about them as Cuban Tile was so popular in FL and since it is a green flooring , I expect it to have a revival. Our cement tile is known as Villa Lagoon Tile.
Best wishes, Lundy
Lloyd - thanks for the comment. Now you know where to send friends for framing.
Lundy - Thanks. I went to both websites and have bookmarked them for easy future reference. Where did you live in Costa Rica?
