When you are talking to your clients about FORD (family-occupation-recreation-dreams) or your friends, if they mention skiing or vacationing at the beach, you have the opportunity to ask them if they've ever thought of buying a condo or home there. If they have, or if your question opens a new option to them, it's a great chance for you to refer them to a REALTOR® in that area.
