That 2300 sq foot model sounds perfect, priced Ok and and the location is awesome. There is nothing not to like about St Petersberg, Fla. Gorgeous beaches, and the community has always been attractive to people from the mid-west with taste and money, though they don't usually wear it on their sleeves. Would that be a fair assessment of what I remeber about St Petersberg?
William - it would. Many Europeans prefer this part of Florida for the same reason. Depending on how long ago you were here, you might find it changed. Downtown St Pete has really blossomed in the last 10 years and miraculously - the local zoning rules have kept the streets pedestrian friendly (high buildings have to set back above the 3rd floor) and we have wonderful parks along the waterfront so everyone can enjoy.
