Showing condos recently, I found quotations scattered on the walls throughout the condo. I found this one to be interesting.
I once heard that the secret to happiness is not
having what you want
but
wanting what you have.
This quote from Carrie Bradshaw seemed to say the same thing.
One of the things I enjoyed in Bavaria was the saying written on the exterior walls of homes. Here I occasionally find saying written on the interior walls of homes.
Have you found any interesting sayings?

I just love to find quotes in homes and restaurants! This one really is a good lesson to learn - I try to teach my children to be thankful for what we have.
I once was sad that I had NO shoes, until one day when I saw a man with NO feet.
Life is like a roll of toilet paper, the closer you get to the end the faster it goes...
Life is a JOURNEY, Not a Destintion!
Sharon - There are some really great quotes out there but it's too early for me to remember any of them :) I bet the decor looked great with all the quotes hanging around.
Sharon,
I'm always coming up with my own little wise ass quotes:)
Debbie - I enjoy them wherever I find them - on walls, in homes, in books, online...
Katrina - a) it's all relative, isn't it? c) Enjoy the Journey!
Bill - I enjoyed the decor.
Neal - if you're always coming up with them - where are they???
SHARON - I purchased a wall plaque for a client as a closing gift. While I was there, I found one that I really liked, and purchased it for my home. It goes as follows:
"Enjoy the journey. Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away.
Sharon, a Carrie Bradshaw quote? That is so funny. She is one of my all time favorite characters is a TV series or movie!
