Suggestion for ActiveRain improvement

Since Matt is looking at several changes/improvements, I though I'd mention one I've wanted for a long time -

           Read  vs  Not Read

Each day we have a different amount of time to read new blog postings, and each day there's a different volume of blogs posted, not to mention that some take a long time to read through, read the comments, and visit all the links.

Whether in Featured Posts, Associates, Groups, or any of the headings on the Dashboard, I'd like to see a button we that would bring up all the posts that we have NOT read.  Once days go by, good posts get lost.

Comments

Sometimes these are in a NEW POSTS Category, but on here, there are so MANY that it would be difficult to track them.   Even the newest 100 or 50 posts would be a real challenge.

It just takes developing a following.  Someone that you always want to read (bookmark them).

I second this motion!  I love to read everything but it is getting darn near impossible!

I always rate to know where I ended up but it takes a good hour with no interruptions to read everything three times a day like I do (early AM, morning and early PM)

I agree, the best posts on the dashboard are not a lot of times the ones that I think deserved more attention. By reading the dashboard opinions only, I would miss a lot.

GREAT idea! It's so hard to come back and search through 10 pages of posts before getting to where you stopped reading the last time. A read/unread option would be tremendous!
