The P Buckley Moss Gallery at the corner of Fourth Ave NE and Beach Drive in downtown St Petersburg was a landmark and destination for years. Three years ago Tim Finn moved the gallery several blocks north to a location on 4th Street because of all the construction across the street at 400 Beach Drive, Opus' latest luxury condominium tower in downtown St Pete. That building is nearing completion, with the first closings scheduled for late December. Finn is renovating a building on Fourth Avenue NE just behind the former gallery and hopes to have the gallery opened in September.
