Another 9 digit home listed

There are now at least six residences in the US that are listed with 9 digits:

Tranquility - Lake Tahoe, Nevada -  $100,000,000.

Trump's renovation - Palm Beach, Florida  -  $125,000,000.

Fleur de Lys  -  Los Angeles, California  -  $135,000,000.

Hala Ranch  -  Aspen, Colorado  -  $135,000,000.

The Pinnacle  -  Yellowstone Club, Montana  -  $155,000,000.

Beverly House  -  Los Angeles, California  -  $165,000,000.

When Beverly House, formerly owner by William Randolph Hearst,  was recently listed, it set a new record in the US.

I find it interesting that only Trump's house hasn't used a name in its publicity - perhaps The Donald feels that his name is enough.

I'm quite sure that the Don feels that his name is quite enough. Wouldn't it be nice to be the listing agent on one of those listings, though?

Bob - I'd rather bring the buyer than have the listing. Those would be very expensive to properly market, and I doubt that there would be a short marketing time.

Andrew - yes, I guess the Donald goes. As I replied to Bob, I'd rather represent the buyer.

Bring the buyer for sure. It definitely would be an expensive property to market.

It sure would be fun to have the opportunity to list one, though!

Linda - indeed it would be expensive!

Ray - Judging from when I was in Aspen last month, they have more Realtors per capita than even Florida! I'm sure sellers in that price range are looking for an agent with a good track record of marketing in that 9 digit price range. I understand that the Aspen property had over 1,000 requests for showings - only 11 were granted.

These prices put Minnesota to shame. Right now the most expensive home is in the $16 Million range for my state. Now if I could just find the buyer....

We aren't so different, Jennifer. The Tampa Bay area isn't as expensive as Naples, Miami, etc. A $15,000,000 home here is a rarity. Think big, Jennifer - how about referring a buyer for one of the above homes??
