I think a book-signing at a real estate office is a great idea!  And an original way to help a local author & his readers unite.  Have fun yall!

What a great even to host at your office! Nice to see you again, I've been busier than usual this summer and not had much tome to post or comment until recently!

Hi Shron, I was just about say esentially the same thing that Russell said. But it is a stroke of brilliance on your part. You should do this often with guest authors and make a reglar thing out it.

Hi Sharon, I was thinking about this and with brokerages on a street level, I can see that something like this could literally transform a realty office exposure in a community. You ought to write about this for REALTOR magazine.

Susan, Patricia, Russell, William, Lynda and Brad,

Thanks for your comments - wish you could have been here, too. We work hard at not being your usual real estate office. This event brought our friends, Nino's friends, and some curious people just walking by.

Yes, those are bright red walls in our front room, along with comfortable and patina-ed antiques to be welcoming. The office/work areas behind all have bright yellow walls - happy and energetic. The conference room in the back has soft gray-green walls to be soothing.  Color's important.
