Signature Place condominiums in downtown St Petersburg - the cranes are gone, the shrouds have been removed, and you can now see this high landmark condo in all its glory. Notice all the walls of glass and imagine the views from within.
Most of the units in Signature Place are small, less than 2,400 sq ft. All have views of the water, most from inside the unit, some just from the balconies.
The building is complete, and closings are scheduled for June. Most of the purchasers are anxious to get inside the building and look at the views they purchased.
Signature Place looks different from different locations in downtown St Pete, and from different heights and angles. It's narrow face is to the waterfront, allowing more views to McNulty Lofts, in the block behind it.
The three models in the tower probably won't open until June, but there are two models in the lower west building so that you can see the finishes that will appear in the tower units.
Though not a waterfront condo, this has wonderful waterfront views.
Sharon, When you get in, please take some photos for us. 2400' does not sound small to me. Sure hope that you will you be the listing agent? No one can get these sold like you and your group.
Sharon...from the picture you included in the post, it looks like an awesome building! We've got lots of high-rise condos here...but they can't seem to come up with any thing unique...you probably know Skypoint in Tampa? They repeated that same building here!
And 2400 square feet is HUGE by our standards. Viewpoint (Our Skypoint) has 2 bedrooms at 950 square feet! HELLO??? The largest 2 bedroom is about 1300 sq. ft. But then again, maybe your price point is much, much higher?

Hi Sharon, Living in Palm Beach on the other coast, from Miami all the way to Stuart, we saw buildings ( not quite as tall ) but certainly with amazing views. This one looks extraordinary and I am sure that the luxury enjoyed will be very special. Being not directly on the water actually increase the possible views. Outstanding looking.
The building certainly has character... I'm sure the owners are very anxious to move in.
Actually I think the building is more interesting from this opposite angle. It's a narrow building, and designed so that every unit can see the water somewhere.
Margaret - thanks for rooting for me, but Signature has had it's own sales ofice for the last 2 or 3 years. I think I've brought more buyers to them, though, than any of the other agents in St Pete.
Thom and Ray - I forget sometimes that size is all a relative matter. Seems odd that a developer would copy a Tampa condo for Atlanta - I think it's best when a condo is uniquely designed for its surroundings.
William - for a small city (250,000 people), we have a great variety of condos and homes to choose from. I feel the diversity of people, buildings, and things to do is part of the great attraction of St Petersburg.
Jesse & Kathy - it's nice to have world class design here in St. Pete. Ralph Johnson, the Chicago architect, has designed buildings all over the world.
Gorgeous building and designed to take in a maximum view of the waterfront and area around. I am glad to see units selling in your area and hope that things continue to improve!
Russell - I just posted about Signature Place's across-the-board 25% price reductions - and yes, that applies to everyone under contract who bought 2-3 years ago at higher prices.
