I've blogged in the past about positioning I've gained by a combination of my sites - ActiveRain, Localism and blog.ssimms.com to give multiple positions, as in 4 of the top 6 for a condominium building where I recently gave a listing presentation.
Recently I posted 3 blogs on blog.ssimms.com about the proposed Westin Hotel and Condos in St Petersburg, Florida:
Yesterday Chris Frericks of Real Estate Blogsites, who is responsible for blog.ssimms.com, send me the stats for the Westin in St Petersburg, and then blogged about the results. There were 7 different search phrases checked out and I ranked #1 in four of them; #2 and #3 in one; #3 and #4 in one; and #5 and #6 in the other. Guess who people are likely to call for information on this project!
